Due to ongoing business growth, we're on the lookout for a new Team Leader to join our team!

This role provides cover support across our teams, so you can be based in any of our 6 therapy team regions; Albury-Wodonga, Ballarat, Bendigo, Geelong, Warrnambool or the Western Melbourne suburbs.

We see this role functioning like a favorite substitute teacher (we all had one!) but for team coordination, mentoring & support.

As our Team Leader Cover you will step into the local Team Leader role (in-person or remotely if it's not the team location you reside in), to manage an established team of experienced Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists and Speech Pathologists.

Each week may look a little different; as you provide leave cover for our current Team Leaders when they go on short or long term leave, support another team leader with their workload or gap fill during a period of recruitment.

Either way, you’ll be the day-to-day ‘go to’ support for the team(s) you are covering, so we're looking for a person who’s passionate about contributing to a collaborative workplace culture.

As part of the Allied Therapy Services Leadership Team, you will be well-supported and a valued member of a dynamic, respectful and innovative team.

The position includes a clinical caseload specific to your qualification in either; Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy or Speech Pathology.

If you’re coming to us from the public health sector, we provide additional onboarding support to leaders who are transitioning from public health into the private sector.

NOTE: At this time, we are unable to sponsor candidates from overseas for this position.
